What does the 10% commission apply to?+
Only on creator payments processed through Leva. If a brand pays a creator S$1,000 for a campaign, Leva takes S$100 to cover escrow, payout processing, and dispute resolution. No commission on free briefs or creators you already work with off-platform.
Are there any subscription or seat fees?+
No. Briefing, discovery, contracts, attribution and the mini-CRM are all included. We only earn when a deal closes through Leva — so the platform is genuinely free until you see results.
Who pays the commission — the brand or the creator?+
The brand. Creators receive 100% of what they're contracted for. The 10% sits on top of the creator's fee at checkout, so there are no surprises for either side.
