1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, claiming a profile, or otherwise using the Leva platform ("Service"), operated by Leva Pte. Ltd. ("Leva," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leva is a creator marketing marketplace for Southeast Asia. We help brands brief and shortlist Instagram and TikTok creators for sponsored campaigns, and we help creators receive campaign opportunities that match their rates and content style. We do not represent any creator as an exclusive agent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. Creators confirm their age explicitly during onboarding.

4. Accounts and Authentication

We sign you in via email magic link. You are responsible for securing access to your email inbox.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, including legal name, contact number, gender (where requested), creator rates, and PayNow details (creators).
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at hi@leva.sg if you suspect unauthorized access.
Brand accounts and creator accounts have different roles and permissions. You may not impersonate another creator or brand.

5. Creator Profiles and Claims

Leva discovers public Instagram and TikTok profiles through public data and curates them in our directory.
You may claim a profile that you own by completing the onboarding flow. By submitting, you represent that you own or control the handle, that the rates you provide are accurate, and that the audience screenshots you upload are authentic and unaltered.
We may request additional verification before approving a claim (typically by reaching out via WhatsApp). We may decline or revoke a claim at our sole discretion if we cannot verify ownership or detect fraudulent activity.
You may set your profile to public discovery (visible to all brands browsing the platform) or private discovery (only opt-in to specific campaigns we send you). You may change this setting by contacting us.

6. Brand Campaigns and Brief Submissions

Brands submit campaign briefs through our wizard or the AI-assisted upload flow. You confirm that any brief content, attachments, and brand assets you upload are owned or licensed by you and do not infringe third-party rights.
We may use the brief to shortlist matching creators. We do not guarantee that a specific creator will accept the campaign.
Final commercial terms (deliverables, posting windows, usage rights, payment) are agreed directly between brand and creator, facilitated by Leva on WhatsApp.

7. Payments

Leva does not currently take custody of campaign payments. Payments flow directly from the brand to the creator's PayNow account once deliverables are accepted.
Leva may charge brands a placement or service fee. Fees are stated in your brand agreement and invoiced separately.
Creators are responsible for any taxes due on income earned through campaigns booked via Leva.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Submit false rates, audience screenshots, or claim a handle you do not own.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any account other than your own.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service without our written consent.
Solicit creators or brands off-platform with the intent to bypass Leva's service fees.
Post or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes intellectual property.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and software of the Service are owned by Leva and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you create and upload (briefs, posts, creator media), and you grant Leva a limited license to display and process it solely to operate the Service.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hi@leva.sg. We may suspend or terminate access — including revoking a claim — if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent information, or harm the integrity of the marketplace. We may retain certain data after termination as required by law or to enforce these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any campaign will result in a specific outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Leva in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Version date at the top of this page reflects the latest material revision. We may require you to re-accept the Terms before continuing to use the Service if changes are significant. Continued use of the Service after a non-significant change constitutes acceptance.
